Thank you for registering for NeuroTrauma 2027 (Annual Conference of the Neurotrauma Society of India). We value your participation and strive to provide a transparent registration process. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before completing your registration.
1. General Cancellation Policy

All requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to the official conference secretariat at [Insert Email ID Here, e.g., info@neurotrauma2027.in].

Verbal or telephonic cancellation requests will not be accepted or processed.
2. Refund Slabs & Timeline Refunds for registration cancellation will be processed based on the date of receipt of the written request:

Cancellation requested before 31st December 2026: 75% refund of the registration fee paid (25% cancellation charge applicable).

Cancellation requested between 1st January 2027 and 31st May 2027: 50% refund of the registration fee paid (50% cancellation charge applicable).

Cancellation requested on or after 1st June 2027: No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Components

Government Taxes (GST): Applicable GST (18%) paid at the time of registration is non-refundable as per tax regulations.

Payment Gateway Charges: Any additional bank, credit card, or payment gateway processing fees incurred during transaction are strictly non-refundable.

Workshop Registrations: Pre-conference workshops (Cadaveric & Live Operative Workshops) have limited seats and are non-refundable once booked.
4. Name Transfer & Substitution Policy

Direct transfer or substitution of registration to another delegate/doctor is permitted up to 15th June 2027.

Substitution requests must be sent by the original delegate with full details of the replacement candidate. An administrative processing fee may apply.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference (NeuroTrauma 2027).

All refunds will be credited back to the original bank account/card/UPI through which the payment was initially made.
6. Event Postponement or Cancellation (Force Majeure) In the unlikely event that NeuroTrauma 2027 is postponed or cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizers’ control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic mandates, or act of God), the organizing committee reserves the right to retain necessary administrative expenses and roll over registrations to the rescheduled dates.
