By accessing this website or registering for the conference, workshops, or associated events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Overview

NeuroTrauma 2027 is organized by the Department of Neurosurgery, AIIMS New Delhi, under the aegis of the Neurotrauma Society of India.

These terms apply to all delegates, faculty, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and visitors participating in the conference.
2. Registration & Eligibility

Accurate Information: Delegates must provide accurate, current, and complete details (Full Name, Designation, Institution, Email, Contact Number, Medical Council Registration Number if applicable) during registration.

Delegate Category: Registration fees depend on delegate categories (e.g., NSI Member, Non-Member, Resident/Trainee, Foreign Delegate). Delegates registering under student/resident categories must provide a valid certificate/letter signed by their Head of Department upon request.

Badge Collection: Official delegate badges/passes must be collected at the venue registration desk upon presenting a valid government photo ID and registration confirmation pass. Badges are non-transferable on-site and must be worn at all times within the conference venue.
3. Payments, Taxes, & Gateway Charges

All registration fees listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD (for international delegates).

Applicable Taxes: Registration fees are subject to 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Government regulations.

Payment Gateway Charges: Any bank processing charges, credit/debit card convenience fees, or gateway transaction fees are extra and payable by the registrant.

Registrations will only be confirmed upon full receipt of payment.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@neurotrauma2027.in.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the official Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website.

Pre-conference workshops, GST payments, and bank gateway charges are strictly non-refundable.
5. Scientific Programme & Schedule Changes

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary amendments, alterations, or adjustments to the scientific schedule, session timings, venue rooms, or speaker lineups without prior individual notice.

While every effort will be made to maintain the published programme, organizers are not liable for any changes caused by unforeseen circumstances or faculty unavailability.
6. Intellectual Property & Code of Conduct

All scientific content, presentations, abstracts, logo designs, graphics, and materials displayed on the website or during the conference are protected by copyright laws.

Photography & Recording: Unauthorized audio, video recording, or distribution of live operative workshops, scientific lectures, or slide presentations is strictly prohibited.

Delegates are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or revoke registration without refund in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Organizers shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, damage to personal property, or travel/accommodation costs incurred by participants attending the conference.

Force Majeure: If the event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled due to events beyond control (including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, epidemics, or acts of God), the organizers shall not be held responsible for financial compensation beyond the scope of our postponement policy.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to NeuroTrauma 2027 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
